Revelan primeras imágenes de Dani Alves tras un año de prisión

JUICIO CONTRA EXJUGADOR DEL BARCELONA, JUVENTUS, PUMAS INICIARÁ HOY LUNES DE 5 DE FEBRERO POR SUPUESTO ABUSO SEXUAL

San José, lunes 5 de febrero del 2024

Barcelona, España – El juicio de Dani Alves, exjugador del Barcelona y Pumas y que está acusado de presunta agresión sexual a una joven que entonces tenía 23 años, comenzó este lunes 5 de febrero y allí se pudo ver el aspecto del brasileño tras un año en prisión preventiva.

Alves llegó a la Audiencia de Barcelona con pantalones vaqueros, camisa blanca y zapatillas deportivas también blancas.

Vale la pena recordar que para este juicio, que se irá hasta el miércoles, Alves, que ha cambiado en varias ocasiones su versión de los hechos, no lo tiene fácil.

La Fiscalía pide hasta 9 años de prisión para él, además de 150.000 euros de indemnización a la denunciante y 10 años de libertad vigilada. Por su parte, la acusación particular, solicita la pena máxima por el delito que se le imputa: 12 años de cárcel.

La primera sesión del juicio inició con el trámite de alegaciones previas, que permite que acusaciones y defensas planteen ante el tribunal las alegaciones y peticiones de última hora que consideren oportunas, desde el orden de las declaraciones hasta las peticiones de nulidad del proceso de instrucción.

Alves lleva en prisión preventiva desde el 20 de enero de 2023, cuando los Mossos d’Esquadra lo detuvieron en el despacho de su abogada después de que una joven de 23 años le denunciara por violarla la noche del 30 de diciembre de 2022.

El futbolista fue trasladado desde prisión en un furgón policial y permaneció en los calabozos de la Audiencia hasta que agentes de los Mossos lo llevaron a la sala donde se celebra el juicio.

Inés Guardiola, abogada del futbolista brasileño, pidió este lunes a la Audiencia de Barcelona que anule la causa por agresión sexual, al concluir que se han vulnerado sus derechos porque fue investigado durante un mes “a sus espaldas” y ha soportado el “juicio paralelo” de la opinión pública.
