Investigan al PSG sobre el Balón de Oro de Lionel Messi

SEGÚN MEDIOS DE FRANCIA HAY UNA INVESTIGACIÓN ABIERTE CONTRA AL PSG POR SOBRE OBTENCIÓN DEL BALÓN DE ORO

San José, sábado 6 de enero del 2024

París, Francia – La controversia sigue rondando la carrera de Lionel Messi, ahora con una investigación en curso que apunta que el Paris Saint-Germain habría presionado para que el astro argentino fuera el ganador del Balón de Oro otorgado por la revista “France Football”.

A decir del medio francés Le Monde, una investigación iniciada por la Fiscalía de París apuntaría hacia el periodista Pascal Ferré, quien era redactor en jefe de la revista y responsable de la organización del Balón de Oro y quien se viera beneficiado entre 2020 y 2021 de diversas generosidades.

En la publicación se sostiene que la investigación fue abierta durante el año 2022 con miras a temas relacionados al Paris Saint-Germain y a su presidente qatarí, Nasser Al-Khelaïfi, alias “NAK” y en la que también se encuentran bajo sospechas el lobista franco-argelino Tayeb Benabderrahmane, el ex policía antiterrorista reconvertido en empleado del PSG Malik Nait-Liman y Jean-Martial Ribes, ex director de comunicación del club ( 2017-2022) y su propietario, el fondo Qatar Sports Investments (QSI).

Según un documento citado por Le Monde, parte de las averiguaciones se centraron en Pascal Ferré y sus relaciones con el PSG, equipo donde militaba Leo Messi, así como en su presidente NAK, ya que al parecer el periodista aceptó, el 15 de julio de 2019, a petición de Ribes, eliminar “del canal común de noticias” de los sitios web de France Football y L’Equipe la reanudación de Información de Mediapart que implica a NAK por una comisión irregular de 2 millones de euros pagada a un agente de jugadores.

Todo apunta a que Ferré recibió posteriormente varios obsequios de la plantilla del PSG y aunque por motivos de agenda no pudo aceptar invitaciones con todos los gastos pagados a Qatar para el Mundial de Clubes, apunta la publicación, en diciembre de 2019 y luego en enero de 2020, el editor en jefe de la FF fue invitado en febrero de 2020 a una “estancia de tenis” en el Emirato para asistir, en particular, a un torneo. Ribes obtiene entonces el acuerdo de Al-Khelaïfi “para que el avión, el hotel y el tenis sean pagados por la oficina de comunicación del gobierno de Qatar.
