El Mr. Olympia que NO puede caminar por forzar su cuerpo

RONNIE COLEMAN MR OLIMPIA POR MUCHO TIEMPO HA TENIDO UN GRAN CAMBIO EN SU VIDA, PERO NO EN SUS HÁBITOS

Ciudad de México – Mister Olympia es la competencia más importante de culturismo profesional que se organiza cada año y reúne a los mejores culturistas de todo el mundo. Fue creada por Joe Weider y está a cargo de la Federación Internacional de Fisicoculturismo.​

En el 2023 la competencia se realizó del 2 al 5 de noviembre en el Centro de Convenciones del Condado de Orange, en Orlando, Florida y el estadounidense Derek Lunsford se proclamó campeón de Míster Olympia 2023 sin embargo, le falta mucho camino para alcanzar al máximo campeón Ronnie Coleman.

¿Quién es Ronnie Coleman?

El 8 veces campeón de Mr Olympia, Ronnie Coleman o también conocido como el Rey es un exfisicoculturista profesional estadounidense. Coleman se convirtió en un ídolo para todos los seguidores de la comunidad fitness, pues debido a su dedicación y compromiso fue que consiguió ser el más condecorado en esta competencia, pero el esfuerzo ha cobrado estragos en su cuerpo. 

¿Qué le pasó a Ronnie Coleman?

Después de dedicar gran parte de su vida a entrenar intensamente y a hacer sacrificios para conseguir el cuerpo que le dio 8 campeonatos, actualmente se ve limitado por problemas de salud que le han provocado depender de una silla de ruedas. Los ejercicios que hacía como sentadillas con cargas de hasta 270 kilos le han provocado múltiples hernias de disco, lo que afectó directamente a su columna vertebral imposibilitando que pueda caminar, sin embargo, esto no ha generado que Coleman deje de entrenar.  En Instagram es donde el fisiculturista muestra sus entrenamientos y el cómo, a pesar de las adversidades, se mantiene firme con sus actividades diarias, pues es lo que le da fuerza para seguir adelante.
