Klopp promete a Liverpool “nunca dirigir a otro club en Inglaterra”

TÉCNICO AFIRMÓ EN MEDIOS QUE SE TOMARÁ UN AÑO SABÁTICO ANTES DE VER LA POSIBILIDAD DE ENTRENAR OTRO CLUB

Londres, Inglaterra – Jürgen Klopp sorprendió al anunciar su salida del Liverpool a final de temporada tras nueve años y en una emotiva entrevista les prometió a los aficionados Reds que jamás dirigirá a otro club en la Premier League.

“Necesito encontrar un objetivo diferente, necesito buscarlo. Si me preguntan ¿volverías a trabajar como entrenador otra vez? Diría ahora no, pero obviamente no sé cómo porque nunca me he encontrado en esta situación. Lo que sé definitivamente es que nunca, nunca dirigiré un club diferente en Inglaterra que el Liverpool, 100 por ciento. Eso no es posible”, sentenció el alemán en palabras para las redes sociales del club de Anfield.

Klopp resaltó la comunión que tiene con la afición de Liverpool que lo ha respaldado en los nueve años que lleva en el banquillo y que se ha fortalecido ganando todos los títulos posibles: una Premier League, una Champions League, una FA Cup, una Carabao Cup, una Community Shield, una Supercopa de Europa y un Mundial de Clubes.

“Mi amor por este club, mi respeto por la gente es demasiado grande. No podría, no podría ni por un segundo pensar en ello, no hay ninguna posibilidad. Esto es parte de mi vida, somos parte de la familia, nos sentimos como en casa aquí, no hay posibilidad de hacer eso”, añadió el DT de 56 años.

Además, Jürgen Klopp reveló que se tomará un año sabático antes de dirigir a otro equipo fuera de Inglaterra e incluso no descarta ser entrenador de alguna nación. Cabe recordar que, en meses anteriores ha sido vinculado con las selecciones de Alemania y Brasil.

“¿Volveré a trabajar? Por supuesto, me conozco, no puedo quedarme sentado, tal vez encuentre otra cosa que hacer, pero no dirigiré un club o un país al menos durante un año, eso no es posible, no puedo hacer eso y no quiero hacerlo. Eso es todo”, expresó.
